Samsung to launch smartphone with 4.5-inch screen?

The technology site Engadget reported that South Korea based Samsung is planning to launch new a smartphone with a 4.5-inch or 4.3-inch WVGA sAMOLED2 touchscreen.
The new Samsung device will run on Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system which is powered with a 1.2GHz Application processor.
The upcoming smartphone will boast a 8 megapixel camera with LED flash. The camera supports full HD (1080p) video recording. Phone comes with an full HD video playback support and 16 GB internal memory.
Other features include Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi (b/g/n), GPS, 14.1Mbps HSDPA and DNLA. This new smartphone is expected to hit the international market by early 2011.
