No question of stepping down: A Raja

"The question does not arise at all. We will prove that everything has been done according to the law," Raja said on Friday, Nov 12.
The BJP-led Opposition has stalled Parliament over the past two days to mount pressure on the government to sack the minister over the alleged irregularities in the 2G spectrum allocation.
When asked if he would step down, the DMK minister said, "Where does that question arise from? It doesn't arise at all."
The Congress-led UPA government has come under tremendous pressure to sack Raja over the 2G scam. However, a move like this would not be easy for the Congress as it would not want to upset its ally DMK.
Congress had asked the DMK to decide the fate of the minister. The M Karunanidhi-led party has asserted that Raja should not be removed from the cabinet.
