Ruchika's molester Rathore set free to go home
CBI did not oppose Rathor's bail, which was provided by the Supreme Court on Thursday, Nov 11.
Besides this, the SC has also closed the abetment to suicide case slapped against Rathore, who was sentenced to 18-month imprisonment for molesting teenager Ruchika Girhotra in 1990.
Ruchika committed suicide in 1993 and her family claimed that she could not cope with a relentless campaign undertaken by Rathore after she filed a formal complaint against him.
