Kachroo Ragging Case: All four accused held guilty

Dharmsala, Nov 11: A fast track court here held all four accused in the Aman Kachroo ragging case guilty on the count of culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

The Dharmasala court on Thursday, Nov 11 convicted the four MBBS students, who ragged 19-year-old Aman Kachroo, a junior, to death in 2009.

The quantum of punishment has not be declared yet. As per inputs, it can be expected to be out later in the day.

The four drunk seniors ragged Aman, who was back then a first year student, leading to his death on Mar 8, 2009 at the Dr Rajender Prasad Government Medical College, Tanda, Himachal Pradesh.

According to the autopsy report, Aman died due to brain hemorrhage.
