Kachroo Ragging Case: 4 students get 4 years jail

Dharmsala, Nov 11: A fast track court in Dharmsala has sentenced four years jail and Rs 10,000 fine for the convicted four MBBS students in Aman Kachroo ragging case.

The Dharmasala court on Thursday, Nov 11 morning found that the four accused students were guilty on the count of culpable homicide not amounting to murder. Later in afternoon Court announced the verdict.

The sentenced four students ragged 19-year-old Aman Kachroo to death in 2009 at the Dr Rajender Prasad Government Medical College, Tanda, Himachal Pradesh.
