Jury will not see pics of sex statues in Prince of Brunei lawsuit

New York, Nov 10 (ANI): A Manhattan judge has ruled that the jury will not get to see pictures of the life-size statues the Prince of Brunei had made of himself having sex with one of his fiancees.

The Manhattan Supreme Court judge, Ira Gammerman, who is presiding over the case of Prince Jefri Bolkiah, said the pictures had nothing to do with the lawsuit.

"This case is not about sex. It might have been much more interesting if it was," the New York Post quoted the judge as saying.

"It's not about lifestyle. It's about the claim that two lawyers breached their fiduciary duties," he stated.

The prince is suing his former legal and financial advisors, saying they cheated him out of 7 million dollars while representing him between May of 2004 and November of 2006.

The husband and wife legal team, Thomas Derbyshire and Faith Zaman, are counter suing for the 12 million dollars they claim the prince still owes them. (ANI)
