Protectionism detrimental to both India, US: PM

Appreciating US for its continuous aids in several fields, Singh stated, "Protectionism detrimental to both of us (India and US)."
Speaking to the media, Singh also claimed that the deals, which were signed in Mumbai on Nov 6, would help both India and US and also informed that US would increase economic help to India in the fields like defense, space, nuke and civil.
Accepting the growing wing of terrorism in all around the world, Singh claimed that the US President agreed to deepening the efforts that have been brought out by US so far to curb the terrorism and extremism.
During his speech, Indian Prime Minister also informed that Obama is committed to strengthen the relation with India and Singh also welcomed US' decision to lift the control on high-tech exports.
