Adarsh scam to hit Parliament session on Nov 9?

New Delhi, Nov 8: As National Democratic Alliance (NDA) threatened to take up all corruption issues, the Congress-led UPA alliance may is expected to face tough time in the winter session of the Parliament, which would start from Tuesday, Nov 9.

Beside Commonwealth Games, the Adarsh housing scandal became an ideal issue for the Opposition to target the ruling party with Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan's alleged links proving to be an embarrassment for Congress.

The NDA has also threatened to stall the proceedings of the parliament if "strong action" would not be taken against all the guilty in the Adarsh housing scam.

However, Speaker Meira Kumar, who convened a meeting of leaders of all political parties on the opening day of the session on Nov 9, ensured to hold a smooth session.
