Adarsh Housing scam: Navy submits report

It is belived that in the report, which was submitted on Wednesday, Nov 3, Navy has given details about the actual status of the land on which the Adarsh apartment was constructed.
Navy also stated about the security risk to its Western Command offices built in the area.
Earlier, in response to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry over the scam, Navy had claimed that it had not issued any NOC for the construction of building.
The Adarsh building was originally meant to be a six-storey structure of house for the Kargil war heroes and widows, but was converted into a 31-storey building.
