Iranian woman Asthini to be hanged on Nov 3

Ashtiani was convicted of adultery and sentenced to death by stoning but an international protest compelled Iranian authorities to change their decision but they bound with their decision on death sentence.
43-year-old widowed mother of two, Asthini was detained in 2005 after her husband was murdered allegedly by a man with whom she was accused of having an extra marital affair.
Later, she was again accused of having illicit love affair with two men.
The international committee protested against her death sentence on the ground that she was convicted for her husband's murder, although, her role in the crime was not proved.
