Shillong: Explosives, ammunition found in school

The explosives included 2 AK 47 assault rifles, 3 grenades, 5 kgs of explosives, 2 walkie talkies, 1 flash gun, 2 detonators, 6 magazines and 125 ammunition were recovered from a suitcase left by unidentified person(s).
A search conducted led to the recovery of the arms, which were wrapped in plastic, stated ADG SK Jain.
The sized documents suggested that the arms and explosives had been delivered to Young Changma by one top ULFA commander, Drishti Rajkhowa in May 13, 1998.
The document also showed that Changma was asked to keep the weapons at a secret place.
However, police were yet to confirm as to how long the explosives were lying there.
