Chhattisgarh: Maoists kill abducted police officer
The wounded body of the Special Police Officer Irpa Dinesh was found in Basaguda busti in Bijapur district. Irpa Dinesh was abducted by the Maoists on Oct 22.
"Irpa Dinesh was strangulated to death by the Maoists at Basaguda busti in the district," said Rajbhanu, Additional Superintendent of Police (Bijapur).
In an another incident in Bijapur district, police arrested five Maoists and seized weapons at Bhatwar and Dhinduri villages.
