Bhutan PM meets S M Krishna in New Delhi
New Delhi, Nov 1 (ANI): Bhutan Prime Minister Lyonchhen Jigmi Y Thinley, who is on a five-day visit to India, met External Affairs Minister S M Krishna here on Monday.
Prime Minister Thinley, who arrived here on Saturday, is expected to meet Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh this evening to discuss a host of issues related to development and energy cooperation between the two nations.
During the Bhutanese Prime Minister's visit, the two sides are expected to discuss a swerve of developmental projects and some new joint initiatives in the hydropower sector.
Prime Minister Thinley will call on President Pratibha Devisingh Patil at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
He will emplane for Parao at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday. (ANI)
