Musharraf's return to Pak seems unlikely
Lahore, Oct 31 (ANI): Former military ruler Pervez Musharraf's return to Pakistan appears more and more difficult, as security agencies have told him that protective arrangements required after his homecoming are not possible.
They also warned Musharraf that his return would not be beneficial for him, and therefore, he must make any decision in this regard after thorough deliberations, The Nation reported.
On the other hand, disappointment has also overwhelmed the office bearers of Musharraf's newly formed political party- APML- as he is not returning home in the near future.
However, Musharraf would decide the matter on the eve of next general elections.
It has also been learnt that the former president has limited his activities to his home in London and meeting close associates. The reason is stated to be the discouraging feedback after the formation of his party, as no big name joined the new entity. (ANI)
