Miss US wins Miss World 2010, Manasvi fails

China, Oct 31: The 18-year-old Alexandria Mills of United States, was crowned Miss World 2010, on Saturday, Oct 30 in China. However, Miss India World Manasvi Mamgai failed to finish among the top 20 contestants.

The First runner up was Miss Emma Wareus of Botswana and Miss Adriana Vasini of Venezuela was placed third in the beauty pageant.

However, the host country, China's own contestant Tang Xiao, also was among the final five. More than 100 contestants participated in the competition.

According to a brief biography on the Miss World website, Mills recently graduated from high school. She is a vegetarian and enjoys traveling, photography.
