Maoists kill special police officer in Chhattisgarh
Bhairamgarh (Chhattisgarh), Oct 30 (ANI): Maoists brutally murdered a Special Police Officer at Bhairamgarh in Chhattisgarh on Friday.
According to the deceased's father, a group of armed Maoists forcibly took his son, Pramod Yadav out of the house and killed him a short distance away.
The local police officials told mediapersons confirmed that the Maoists ran away into the forests after committing the murder.
"Eight to ten Maoists who were armed with axes took him out of his house and killed him before running towards the jungles. The area has been cordoned off and search operations are in progress," said P C Singh, In charge, Bhairamgarh Police Station. (ANI)
