Gujarat: HC to decide Amit Shah's fate on Oct 29

Ahmedabad, Oct 29: Former Gujarat Minister and Narendrea Modi's close aide, Amit Shah's fate would be decided on Oct 29 as the High Court of the state would pronounce its verdict on Shah's bail plea.

Shah, who was detained in the alleged Sohrabuddin fake encounter case in Jul 2010, challenged CBI's petition and appealed for bail plea in the High Court.

In his petition before the High court, Shah had alleged that the CBI had framed him and there was no evidence to implicate him in the case.

However, CBI accused Shah as the mastermind in the fake counter case and was also part of a larger extortion racket.
