Blast at Kanpur health centre, 2 feared dead
The blast took place at at a Public Health Centre at Barasirohi in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur.
Even though the Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) has been summoned to the spot to probe the blast, the police has ruled out terror angle.
