Chaperone for sex addicts tops odd hotel requests list

London, Oct 22 (ANI): A list of strange requests that hotels get from their guests has revealed that asking for a chaperone for a group of sex addicts takes the cake.

Hotel chain Best Western revealed the list, which also included a group of animal-lovers requesting reiki classes for their pets, and another asking for twin rooms, so guests and their dogs could each have their own bed.

Many of the bizarre requests came from companies and organisations in search of a venue for their annual general meetings.

Among them was a group of men, who wanted a private meeting room so they can wear baby grows, and a party of travellers who insisted on a menu consisting entirely of blue food.

Another company requested circus training for all its employees, while a support group for sex addicts demanded a selection of single rooms, and a member of staff to ensure each delegate made it to bed alone.

And one customer, who had been given the responsibility of arranging a lawnmower convention, asked if it was possible to mow the grounds of the hotel so guests could try out the various models on display.

"We always try to accommodate our guests' requirements - no matter how off the wall they may be," the Telegraph quoted Tim Wade, head of marketing at Best Western, as saying. (ANI)
