Kasab rejects to appear before HC on Oct 20

Mumbai, Oct 20: Pakistani terrorist, Ajmal Kasab rejected to attend the Bombay High Court trial via video link on Wednesday, Oct 20.

Kasab, who demanded to attend the court physically on Oct 19, refused to attend the trials on Oct 20, informed a court official.

The Bombay High Court has been hearing arguments on confirmation of death sentence awarded to Kasab related to Mumbai 26/11 attack case, in which 166 people were killed.

Kasab has been lodged at the high-security Arthur Road prison in central Mumbai.
