The piglet that thinks she's a dog

London, Oct 18 (ANI): It's not often that one sees a feisty piglet, much less a piglet who thinks she is a dog.

The Kune Kune piglet at the St Francis Animal Welfare Shelter, Hampshire will only grow to be 2ft tall but the one that definitely thinks she's a dog.

She made friends with 'Jay' - the German Shepherd and now acts like one of the pack - just like the pig in the hit film 'Babe'.

Coco and Jay met when her owners, who could not look her after anymore, put up 19-week-old Coco for adoption.

They have now decided to keep her after Coco became friendly with 'Jay'.

"It is quite funny to see them together", the Daily Express quoted Sueltan Day, the centre manager as saying.

"I genuinely think Coco believes she's a dog. Jay runs around to protect her".

Coco isn't much liked by the centre's horses, because she nips the backs of their legs.

"The dogs seem to quite like it," added Day. (ANI)
