Karnataka Crisis: HC to decide fate of 16 MLAs
Yeddyurappa had scraped the vote by a margin of 6 votes — 106 to 100 in the 224-member assembly. This was after the Speaker disqualified 11 rebel BJP MLAs and 5 independents. However, the Opposition has been saying the vote was unconstitutional
As per CNN-IBN reports, if the High Court's verdict goes against Yeddyurappa government, he will need to start again another operation for his party to remain in power for as long as he can or will he say goodbye.
With the ongoing political crisis these MLAs are fundamental to the survival of the BJP government.
