PM visits Bihar ahead of elections, accuses Nitish

Manmohan Singh
Patna, Oct 16: With elections at the corner, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh addressed an election rally at Arraria in Bihar on Saturday, Oct 16 to campaign for Congress candidates in the assembly polls.

While speaking at the function, Singh lashed out the ruling JD(U)-BJP alliance and said Nitish Kumar government has failed to implement the development of the State despite all the funds from the Centre.

Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi had already campaigned in the state while the party chief Sonia Gandhi is expected to visit the state soon.

The Bihar elections would be held in six phases on Oct 21, 24, 28 and on Nov 1, 9 and 20.
