Opera to launch 'Opera Mobile' for Android phones
Company officials revealed that the new browser application for Google Android operating system based mobiles will launch by Nov 2010. With the new application Android mobile users can enjoy desktop level features on the Opera Mobile.
It is expected that Opera will add hardware acceleration and pinch-to-zoom features on the new browser for Android platform. Also Opera Mobile may support Adobe Flash Player 10.1.
Many of the branded handset makers like HTC and Samsung are choosing Google Android OS for their new smartphones. Opera already has Opera Mini 5.1 in the Android Market. With emerge of new high-end smartphones, Opera decided to launch the new Opera Mobile to give the users never-before surfing experience on mobiles.
