Manmohan Singh to meet CWG medal winners on Oct 15

Singh will meet all the medalists at his residence, 7 Race Course Road in New Delhi, at 5 pm.
Apart from the athletes, Manmohan Singh will also meet Commonwealth Games Organising Committee chairman Suresh Kalmadi, Sports Minister MS Gill and other sports officials also.
The 2010 Commonwealth Games was held in New Delhi, from 3 to 14 Oct 2010. Nearly 6,081 athletes from 71 Commonwealth nations competed in 21 sports and 272 events.
In Commonwealth Games 2010, Australia grabbed 177 medals including 74 gold, 55 silver and 48 bronze medals.
Where as India made a record haul of 101 medals, including 38 gold, 27 silver and 36 bronze. In the medals tally India was in the second position.
England ended up with 143 medals, including 37 gold.
