US: Deadly explosives found in historic cemetery

Ray Kelly, police chief said, the deadly explosives bag was found by a cleaner at Marble Cemetery. When he looked inside the contents it looked very suspicious, so he called the police.
Immediately, police officers and bomb squard specialists moved to the Marble Cemetery, and closed the area to traffic.
The package found in the Cemetery contained eight sticks of C4 weighing just over a pound each, police said.
"There is writing on the explosives and it appears to be military,' Police chief, Kelly said. He said there was no detonating device inside the bag and police is investigating the matter.
C4, is one of strongest explosives used by the military as well as terrorists because a small amount can cause ravaging damage.
