Tickets to mix up with the Michelle Obama are selling for 50 percent more than a similar event with the commander-in-chief.

President barrack Obama hosted a cocktail reception for Illinois Senate candidate Alexi Giannoulias at the Drake hotel in Chicago with tickets starting at 500 dollars, reports the New York Post.

However, in a fund-raiser for Giannoulias hosted by Michelle Obama at the University Club of Chicago, tickets start at 750 dollars. (ANI)
