Taliban attack: 2 Indians killed in Afghanistan

Islamabad, Oct 11: Two Indians were killed in a missile attack launched by the Taliban on an Indian NGO's office in Afghanistan's Kunar province said sources on Monday, Oct 11.

Qari Omar Haqqani, a spokesperson for the Afghan Taliban, told sources that the Taliban also fired missiles at the US airbase in the same place, injuring seven soldiers of the Afghan National Army.

He said at least 10 missiles were fired at the US airbase and the Indian NGO's office.

The spokesperson claimed that they had also attacked the US airbase at Ghakhi Pass near the Pakistan- Afghanistan border on Saturday, Oct 9.
