Guj civic polls: Nitin in battlefield to help Modi

"BJP has done tremendous developmental work. Our party workers are part of this developmental success. We want to create a new milestone for good governance," said National BJP President, Nitin Gadkar, at one of the poll rallies.
"The polling is on the third day of Navratri. Just go out and vote for Bharatiya Janata Party," Modi told voter at a rally.
Some of the other top party laders like L K Advani, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Arun Jaitley, Rajnath Singh and TV star-turned-politician Smriti Irani are also expected to campaign for the BJP candidates in the couple of days.
On Oct 10, six cities having municipal corporation-Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Jamnagar and Bhavnagar, which is currently ruled by BJP, will go for voting.
Rotting food grains, misuse of CBI by the Congress, rising prices, terrorism, farmer suicides, wrong economic policies by the government, are some of the issues raised by the BJP leaders at the rallies.
