Massive flood in China, 1.30 lakh people evacuated

According some report, the total death toll in Asia due to the massive flood, mounted to more than 130 in Oct 2010.
As the official website of China government reported, at least 7 inches of rain fell in 16 cities over the past week in Sep 2010.
More rains and strong winds are expected through Friday, Oct 8.
The excess water from the Wanquan River was released on Oct 5 as its levels had become unacceptably high, which resulted in the flooding of the villages.
On the other side, in the worst-hit province of Quang Binh, 33 people died and 19 others were missing.
