Jama masjid firing: Rs 10 lakh for information

New Delhi, Oct 7: Being completely clueless after a whole month of the Jama masjid firing incident, now Delhi police announced Rs 10 lakh reward for the people, who will give information about the assailers.

Announcing the reward, Delhi police sought the help of public in providing investigators clues about those involved in the firing on Sep 19 at Jama Masjid that left two Taiwanese nationals injured.

Investigators inquired around 50 people in connection with the strikes on Oct 3 but "no concrete" headway has been made in the probe while several teams are in Uttar Pradesh and Mumbai to find some links in the case.

However, terrorist group, Mujahideen earlier claimed responsibility for the strikes and warning of more attacks ahead of Commonwealth Games through an email sent to several media organisations.
