BJP criticises Chidambaram for his Babri remark

Chidambaram on Oct 1 said, "the judgement in no way justifies the demolition of the Babri Masjid. In my view, it remains a criminal act."
Accusing Chidambaram, Javadekar claimed, "He (Chidambaram) should not judge as to what happened in 1992. The matter is before a court and he should not jump to conclusions. Let the court decide."
The BJP leader also slammed Samajwadi Party president, Mulayam Singh Yadav and LJP chief, Ram Vilas Paswan for their critical comment on Ayodhya verdict.
Terming their statements as unfortunate, the BJP leader said, "at a time when the society has shown restraint, these comments are provocative without any reason."
