Gujarat Assembly Speaker Ashok Bhat passes away
Gandhinagar, Sep. 30 (ANI): Gujarat Assembly Speaker and senior BJP leader Ashok Bhat passed away last night at a hospital in Ahmedabad.
Bhat was 71 years old and died due to multiple organ failure.
Bhat was undergoing a treatment at the SAL hospital for last 20 days for complications in the functioning of the heart and other vital organs like kidney and liver.
He was on life support system for the last three days. (ANI)
