Smile Bengaluru welcomes ideas for BIAL Terminal 1

The Smile Bengaluru campaign introduced by BIAL has opened its doors to ideas, thoughts and suggestions from local citizens, passengers, employees to give ideas on what they would like to see at the expanded terminal.
Smile Bengaluru campaign is being strongly promoted on the social media platforms, outdoor city hoardings, radio and the airport spaces.
“Your airport is expanding. Tell us how you"d like it to be" is the line of the campaign.
The campaign will run for a period of almost a month on various media platforms.
The creative agency for BIAL is Meridian, the second agency from the Ogilvy stable. The social media strategy has been designed by Lucid Sense.
With this, BIAL is the first Indian airport to have globally opened its doors to suggestions by the public.
One can log on to www.smilebengaluru.com and post their ideas and requirements. All comments will be transparent and can be viewed by all, readers can even vote for an idea that they liked.
