Pakistan ready for unconditional talks with India

United Nationa, Sep 28: With the speculation over India-Pakistan bi-lateral talk during UN general meeting at its peak, Pakistan's foreign minister, Shah Mahmood Qureshi cleared that Pakistan would not put any condition on India before resuming the talks.

Qureshi on Sep 27 stated that the country wanted to have meaningful talks to get a stabled solution between the two countries.

"The suggestions that we have made are aimed at making the talks meaningful, result-oriented, meaningful and substantive for the sake peace and stability," said Qureshi.

Qureshi pointing to the issues like disputes over Kashmir, Siachen and water, asked, "How can Pakistan talk to India without these subjects being on the table."

However, he also clarified, "The talks can take place immediately if a positive response is received."
