BJP leader Varun Gandhi to marry a Bengali girl

Varun Gandhi, 30-year-old MP of Pilibhit Lok Sabha constituency and BJP national secretary, will marry Yamini, a Bengali girl. His mother Menaka Gandhi is MP from Aonla parliamentary constituency and daughter-in-law of late prime minister Indira Gandhi. Being a member of Gandhi family, her relation with Sonia Gandhi's family is in strained condition. She didn't attend Priyanka Gandhi's marriage in 1997.
"Varun will get married with Yamini, who hails from Bengal, in 2010 itself. All members of the Gandhi family including Sonia Gandhi and Rahul will be invited to attend the marriage function," said Menaka Gandhi.
