Cargo train derails in UP

Etawah (UP), Sep 21: Day after the goods train accident in Madhya Pradesh, another five bogies of cargo train derailed on Tuesday, Sep 21 in Auraiya district affecting rail traffic on Etawah-Kanpur section.

The incident occurred at Jhinjhak railway station in the wee hours Assistant Station Manager RK Tripathi said.

It disrupted movement of trains, Shatabdi and Jodhpur Howarah Express were diverted, while some other trains were cancelled, he added.
