JK: Curfew reimposed ahead of all party team visit

Srinagar, Sep 19: Despite of Hurriyat leader, Syed Ali Shah Geelani's announcement to exempt the day from protests and strikes, Jammu Kashmir government once again imposed curfew in the valley on Sep 19.

Barring Baramulla, curfew was re-imposed in all major towns of the Kashmir Valley.

Curfew, which was relaxed in almost entire Srinagar city on Sep 18 after six days, was clamped again on Sunday, Sep 19.

Geelani, who has been issuing weekly agitation calendars, had exempted the day from protests and strikes, and asked people to carry out their normal activities.

However, Geelani also declared that he would not meet the all party delegation that would to visit the Valley on Sep 20.
