Acer brings lightweight Liquid e Ferrari to India

Bangalore, Sep 18: Just as the racing enthusiasts in India are anxiously waiting on the country's chance to host its first ever Formula One race in 2011, Acer has geared up to ride the wave of the sports' adrenaline with the launch of its special edition smartphone 'Acer Liquid e Ferrari'.

Acer has partnered with Ferrari to launch this special edition mobile phone, which weighs just 135g.

The unique light weight phone also boosts of great looks and is available exclusively in glossy Ferrari F1 Red.

The smarphone has 3.5" high-definition (WVGA) capacitive screen, and a 5MP camera with autofocus and geo-tagging.

The special edition Acer Liquid E Ferrari also comes pre-installed with the superb Acer Media Player widget that gives the users instant access to all digital media.

Priced at Rs 29,999, the Liquid E Ferrari special edition is Acer"s most expensive smartphone to be introduced in Indian market.

The mobile is now available in the outlets of the electronic store chain Croma across the country.
