Beggar resides in 5 star hotel in Dubai

Dubai, Sep 16: While a large number of people in India are living below poverty line, a beggar in Dubai enjoys the pleasure of a luxurious life with residing in a five star hotel in the country.

Dubai police informed that recently they arrested a person, who is of Asian origin, over begging in the country.

Police, without taking the name of the beggar, stated that the man had been deported earlier, but had returned seeing the high income, the illegal practice offered.

Police also informed that as many as 360 people had been arrested in the city during Ramadan and Eid in 2010.

Most of the people arrested for begging were foreigners on visit visa with the majority of them being Asians followed by Arabs, stated Police.
