Nothing will come out from All Party Meet: Geelani
Srinagar, Sep 15 (ANI): While an all party meet was organised in the national capital on Wednesday afternoon, Hurriyat (G) chairman Syed Ali Shah Geelani declared nothing concrete could come out from today's meet, as the inaugural address of the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had no word about Kashmir issue.
Talking to reporters at his Hyderpora residence, Geelani said the Prime Minister's speech did not touch the Kashmir issue. "There was not a single word about Kashmir. I think APM will bear no fruit," he said.
On the Prime Minister's statement that the protests were "orchestrated", the ailing leader said Tangmarg incident should be an eye opener for New Delhi. "The incident has shown who is behind violence and arson," Geelani was quoted by a Kashmir daily as saying.
