Kashmir situation may dominate Cabinet Committee on Security meet on Monday

New Delhi, Sep.12 (ANI): The Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) will meet on Monday during which issue of the options to restore peace in Kashmir, including state government's demand for partial withdrawal of Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) are likely to be discussed.

Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will preside over the meeting.

The meeting is scheduled amid indications that the government could announce some initiatives to end the three-month-long unrest in the Valley. (ANI)
