New Olive mobile with AAA battery power @ Rs 1,299

Mumbai, Sep 7: Olive Telecom announces the launch of India"s first hybrid-dual powered mobile phone compatible with any AAA battery. The company also partnered with leading service provider, Airtel, for the launch of the new phone, Olive FrvrOn" V-G2300.

The Olive FrvrOn" V-G2300 is aimed at giving unlimited power in the hand of the users. A user upon running out of electricity charge in the supplied LiOn battery can simply slot in any AAA battery available in the phone and stay connected.

The manufacturer had started the marketing campaign of the new phone in cooperation with Airtel. Different promotion vans were traveling through the high ways and villages to promote the new innovation. These vans have promoters on board who demonstrate the device and talk about the inherent advantages.

The Olive FrvrOn" V-G2300 has 1.5 inch colour display, FM radio, polyphonic ringtones and speaker phone. It is priced at just Rs 1,299.
