Tharoor couple gives reception party in Delhi

New Delhi, Sep 4: After returning from Dubai, the newly married couple, Shashi Tharoor and his new wife Sunanda Pushkar had organized a grand reception party in New Delhi on Friday, Sep 3.

The party was arranged at the India Habitat Centre in the capital.

The top politicians of the country and international personalities with several celebrities were invited in the grand ceremony.

Union Ministers, BJP leader L K Advani and Arun Jaitley and envoys from several countries, including China and Pakistan went there to congratulate the newly married couple.

The former Union Minister Tharoor, Lok Sabha MP, tied the knot with Pushkar, a Dubai-based entrepreneur in a typical Malayali wedding ceremony in his ancestral home in Kerala on Aug 22.
