Bihar cops hostage mastermind, 2 Naxals held

The state police held Pramod, who is well known as Naxal leader with another rebel from the forest area of Zamui, Lakhisarai.
According the police sources, the arrested Naxal leaders have not declared anything about the three abducted police officials.
However, Bihar CM, Nitish Kumar called an all party emergency meeting on Saturday, Sep 4 over the abducted police menace in the state.
Naxals had taken four police officials as hostages on Aug 29 and demanded to free their 8 jailed colleagues.
On Sep 2, they kill one police official, Tete and threatened to kill the rest three unless untill the government fulfill their demands.
The arrest of the two top Naxal leaders can be the beginning of the end of hostage crisis in the state.
