Talks will continue with NE militant leaders: PC

New Delhi, Sep 2: Union Home Minister P Chdambaram said he always hope that ULFA will make a formal talk with the Centre.

Responding to a question about the recent clashes in Assam-Arunachal Pradesh border, Chidambaram said, representatives of both the state government have met and joint patrolling of the inter-State border have started.

About the talks with the NSCN (I-M), the Home Minister said talks were going on between the Centre and Naga militant leaders.

He further said that talks will continue with all the North East militant leaders. And he hope for more peace in the region.
