Prime Minister Manmohan Singh watches 'Peepli Live'
New Delhi, Aug 29 (ANI): The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, watched Bollywood movie 'Peepli Live' here on Sunday.
Dr Singh watched the movie during a private screening with his family along with other PMO officials at his official residence, 7 Race Course Road in the national capital.
Produced by popular Bollywood actor Aamir Khan, 'Peepli Live' is a satirical film on farmers' suicide.
Directed by young filmmaker Anusha Rizvi, the movie also takes a sharp dig at the electronic media.
Minister of State in the Prime Minister's office Prithviraj Chavan and Actor Aamir were present during the screening of the movie. (ANI)
