Follow 'ethical norms ', Special Secretary Bansal tells security personnel in J and K
Srinagar, Aug.29 (ANI): U.K Bansal, Special Secretary (Internal Security) in Ministry of Home Affairs, on Sunday asked security personnel deployed in the Kashmir Valley to follow ethical norms of conduct even while facing a grave situation.
Bansal, who is on an official visit to Jammu and Kashmir, asked the forces to follow the prescribed norms and codes of conduct in the State. e said that there should be no breach in the established procedures under any circumstance.
He pointed out that there are procedures, which deal with situations of grave provocations.
" We are supporting the State Government in all its efforts to bring about normalcy and move towards a peaceful settlement of the issue," Bansal stated. (ANI)
