26/11 attack: Warrants against Ansari, Sabauddin

The warrants were issued on August 27 by Principal Sessions Judge ML Tahaliyani, who was also the trial judge in the same case.
Earlier on Thursday, Aug 12, the the Bombay High Court admitted Maharashtra Government's appeal against Faheem and Sabauddin acquittal in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks case. The Court also ordered that in view of admission of state's appeal both the accused may be produced before a sessions court in Mumbai.
The Bombay High Court, on Monday, Aug 30, will hear the matter pertaining to confirmation of death penalty given to lone surviving Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab in the 26/11 case.
