India is flourishing with small trades: Report

Bangalore, Aug 26: Gujarat, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh are among the 100 Indian cities, which help country's small businesses to grow, stated a report by Franchise India on Aug 26.

The report showed 100 states of the country as the more proactive towards providing the fitting stratosphere for the prolific growth of small business.

The report, based on the Government hard data and Opinion survey, aimed to discover new avenues for small business catchment to engrave their triumph.

Stating the importance of small trades for the growth of the country, the Franchise's president said, "we are highlighting the essential pre-requisites to start a new business which includes demographic Infrastructure, retail activity, regulatory and many other."

The survey captured new data points essential to lead to an overall ranking of the cities which reflect ease in starting a business.

The Franchise India also announced an award function on Aug 28 to facilitate and to recognize Achievers, Innovators and Suppliers who have contributed significantly towards the development of Small and Medium Enterprises in India.
